Terms & Conditions

Effective April 21, 2026
In plain English
  • You can use Styka to generate a website for a business you own or are authorized to represent.
  • Your content stays yours. The generated site is yours to use while your plan is active.
  • Don't try to break Styka, don't use it for anything illegal, and don't submit businesses you have no authorization for.
  • Disputes are resolved under Texas law.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Styka, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Styka.

2. The service

Styka generates a website for your business using publicly available Google Maps reviews and the information you supply. Current plans:

  • Free — 1 site, Styka-branded footer, hosted at yoursite.styka.ai.
  • Pro — up to 3 sites, custom domain, no badge, auto-regeneration.
  • Business — up to 30 sites, subdomain hosting (site.yourbusiness.com), HTML export, and access to the competitor-analysis waitlist.

Plan features and limits are described on our pricing page and may change as the product evolves; material changes to your plan's features will be notified in advance.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for any activity under your account. Notify us at hello@styka.ai if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Styka to promote any business that is unlawful where you operate, to host content that is fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or hateful, or to violate anyone's privacy. Don't try to break Styka — no scraping, reverse-engineering, automated abuse, or bypassing technical limits.

You represent that you have authorization to request a website for the Google Maps business you submit — most commonly, you own it, manage it, or are working on behalf of the owner. If you don't have that authorization, we may remove the generated site and may close your account.

5. Content ownership

Your business information and anything you submit remains yours. Facts about your business (name, hours, address, public reviews) are not owned by Styka.

While your plan is active, you have a non-exclusive license to use, modify, display, and — on the Business plan — export the generated site's HTML. If your plan lapses or your account is closed, your Styka-hosted site may be taken offline. Exported HTML you've already downloaded is yours to keep.

Styka retains ownership of its platform, tooling, and the aggregate patterns it learns across all generated sites.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Yearly plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable after 14 days from the start of the billing cycle. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Prices are in US dollars and may change with at least 30 days' notice.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee a specific service-level agreement on Free or Pro plans. For paid plans, unplanned downtime exceeding 48 continuous hours entitles you to a prorated credit on the next bill, applied on request.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@styka.ai. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice where practical and immediately for serious breaches.

9. Disclaimer

Styka is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that a generated site will rank on Google, attract customers, or produce any specific business outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Styka's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid Styka in the twelve months preceding the claim. Styka is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will first be addressed informally — email hello@styka.ai and we'll work with you in good faith. If the dispute remains unresolved after 60 days, it will be settled by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You and Styka waive the right to participate in a class action.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email and/or a site banner at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Styka after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
